*Under the new World Handicap System (WHS) the CDH ID replaces the old GUI number. Existing GUI numbers are now used as CDH IDs.

A CDH ID is needed to obtain a Handicap Index.

CDH ID fee = Central Database of Handicaps fee also known as Golf Ireland Affiliation fee
